Elevated cleaning for Covid19
We have elevated our cleaning practices to ensure the highest hygiene standards are maintained to ensure the safety of staff and guests, from check-in to check-out. All parks have the expectation that guests will not arrive in the park if COVID symptomatic or if showing general signs of sickness or if someone in their party exhibits these. Parks also expect all guests to follow current legislative requirements for example self-isolation when either COVID positive or the household contact of someone who is COVID positive.

Booking Policy

We will 100% honour our 'Book with Confidence Guarantee'. If you need to cancel your stay as a result of a Covid-19 related issue, no cancellation or penalty fee will be applied if cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the arrival time of 2pm on the expected day of arrival. You are entitled to a full refund OR you could transfer your arrival date to a later date OR we can hold a full credit for you if you are unsure when you will be able to stay with us next. Just talk to one of the team about which option would suit you best. Proof of illness or inability to travel may be requested.  

Key things to Remember

  • Where possible, keep 1 metre apart from people not in your bubble.
  • Wash & sanitise your hands regularly.
  • Use the disinfectant spray & paper towels/cloths in the communal spaces (hand basins, bench tops etc) before and after use.
  • Be sure to use the Covid Tracer App.
  • If you don't have your own you can purchase from our reception for $2.00 each. 
  • If you have cold or flu symptoms, please stay home.
  • Scanning in is compulsory, or signing our register at reception.

Masks are to be worn in all communal areas, including bathrooms, kitchen, TV room & bbq areas

TOP10 COVID-19 updates

The health and safety of all our guests, staff and visitors is especially important to us here at Timaru TOP 10 Holiday Park. With the current threat from Covid-19 we have implemented the following measures:

Cleaning Units

  • Thoroughly washing all bedding, linen and towels (including mattress & pillow protectors)
  • Full extensive clean of units including extra sanitising of frequent touch areas
  • Cleaning staff have been provided with appropriate PPE which is changed between units

Within the Holiday Park

  • Provision of sanitiser/disinfectant for guest use in communal areas
  • Limiting the number of people in communal facilities
  • Encouraging good handwashing hygiene and cough/sneeze into elbow etiquette
  • Supplying hand sanitiser at various locations around the park

Reception Area

  • Encouraging contactless payment
  • Regularly sanitising high touch areas including door handles, eftpos terminal, keyboards, keys etc.

Encouraging anyone who is unwell or displaying any of the Covid-19 symptoms to call Healthline and isolate themselves.
